Tango Ballet AU was born from the desire to provide a unique type of training to individuals interested in the world of Argentine Tango. To establish a community of like-minded people to learn the very best techniques from around the globe.
This project starts in the last quarter of 2023 and promises to continue for many more years
Tango Ballet is a select group of people with the same goal and passion for dance. Tango Ballet is a specialised training in Argentine Tango, Directed by Leonardo Guerrero, international dancer and choreographer with successful dance projects in Colombia and Argentina, with a dance degree in Tango from University of Buenos Aires.
Tango Ballet aims to train Argentine Tango dancers and take them to the stage. People from various dance experience will be accepted as the objective of this project is dance and body training- The only condition is commitment to learning, growing, improving & having fun!
The commitment required:
-Training (Tango Ballet) plus one group class (regular Argentine Tango technique class) over two days a week.
-Duration of the second cycle Tango Ballet: 5 months
-Practice Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7 p.m. Term 1 -2025
-If you are under 18 y.o, have a written approval from your parent/guardian.
-Agree with the operating costs of the project (what is the maximum cost cost?
Classes Per Month Tango Ballet:
5 months.
